Lately there has been some news regarding the banning of Chinese apps and telecommunications. In the UK that includes the banning of Huawei’s 5G as well as the police radios from Sepura, a Cambridge-based company owned by Hytera (a Chinese company in which the Chinese Communist Party has a stake).

However, we should not forget that this isn’t just a corcern with Chinese products. But with everything that’s connected to the internet.
