Rugby fans in Wales condemn the use of ‘semi-permanent’ live facial recognition being used to surveil the entire city-centre population.
By installing these cameras on our high streets, we are all being subjected to constant surveillance, as if we’re suspects in a digital police lineup – our photos captured for repeated identity checks, often without our knowledge or consent.
